As I read the book about Ikigai, 📖I realized how the meaning of life 🌱 and doing things that are meaningful are part of our lives, ❤️ giving us a sense of fulfillment. 🥳

This morning, I had a conversation 💬 with Father Redan ⛪ about doing something meaningful. He shared that when there's no mass at church, ✝️ his life would feel boring. 😔 However, during his free time, he does gardening, 🌿 which he enjoys. 🤗

He also emphasized "Ora et Labora," which means "pray and work."

He shared this with me when I asked him if there was a term for being in the flow – that state where you're doing something you enjoy and time just flies by unnoticed. This experience connects with the concept of flow state that I'm reading about in Ikigai right now.

It makes me appreciate how things are interconnected.

This is one example that religion has same concept with philosophy.
